My goal as a somatically (in the body) informed psychotherapist is to support you to connect to the healing potential that naturally exists in your body and mind. Through my training in Somatic Experiencing and EMDR as well as my back ground in yoga therapy, I can help you resolve symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have decades worth of experience in the mental health field as well as extensive training in the yoga tradition.
